The room we stayed in at Ventura Boutique was excellent. It was beautifully decorated and had all the facilities we needed including a bar fridge and a shower with plenty of heat and power options. The beds were very comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep.
The hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the eastern region. Although it was a little bit far from the city center, we were able to easily get to the main road out of Varna with minimal stress.

The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are roomy. The staff is friendly and provides good service. The breakfast, although limited, is delicious. The hotel offers beautiful views of the harbor and the cathedral. Additionally, there are facilities such as a restaurant and a mini bar with local beer.
The breakfast is not served in buffet form, which may be disappointing for some guests.

The hotel had free parking and Wi-Fi which was very convenient. The location was great, close to all the Christmas markets and festivities. The Christmas decorations in the hotel were beautiful and festive. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options and the coffee was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The room smelled musty and damp which made it uncomfortable to be in for extended periods of time. The shower door was broken and allowed water to flood out onto the bathroom floor, leaving a bad odor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and luxuriously furnished. Everything was pristinely clean, and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a fantastic breakfast and the added bonus of its own brewery on-site. We also appreciated the convenience of parking available right in front of the hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a nice and quiet area near everything we immediately needed. It was only a pleasant 10-minute walk to the beach, which had a beach cafe on the furthest side. The neighborhood was one of the best, and we felt safe and welcome walking anywhere in this city.
Nothing to be said.

Our stay at Ventura Boutique was an unexpected delight. The room we were upgraded to was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable king-size bed and a modern bathroom. The hotel's unique architecture and dark tones created a romantic and mysterious atmosphere that made us feel truly special. Despite being located outside of the city center, we found it easy to travel around with a car. The on-site brewery was a pleasant surprise, and we enjoyed the smooth and refreshing Gallagher beer. we had a wonderful experience at Ventura Boutique and would definitely recommend it.
The breakfast options were limited and could be more varied, and the internet connection was unreliable at times. Additionally, we had a small issue with the room reservation initially, but the hotel staff quickly resolved it and provided us with the room we had requested.

The value for money at Ventura Boutique was fantastic, with spacious rooms and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. The location, slightly off the beaten track, was peaceful and the staff treated us exceptionally well.
The only thing that could make the food for breakfast better is if there was more variety in the options.
